USSDPad transforms the familiar idea of entering a service code into modern digital infrastructure for businesses, developers, resellers, and customers. We preserve the simplicity of a memorable code while replacing the limitations of traditional telecom-dependent USSD with an internet-based platform.
What USSDPad is
USSDPad is a digital service-code network.
A business receives a main code and can create sub-codes for its resellers, branches, campaigns, or services. Customers enter these codes through the USSDPad app, and the platform routes each session to the system responsible for that code.
USSDPad does not determine how every business must operate. Through APIs and webhooks, businesses can control their own menus, products, prices, payments, order processing, and fulfillment.
Why we are building it
Traditional USSD is familiar and accessible, but acquiring and operating a conventional shortcode can involve telecom approvals, infrastructure dependencies, limited availability, and significant setup friction.

How the network is structured
Every platform begins with a main code.
A platform using *120# can create sub-codes such as:
*120*1002# ← for another branch
*120*2001# ← for a campaign
*120*3001# ← for a specialized service
USSDPad resolves the entered code, identifies its owner, creates or continues the customer session, and routes the interaction to the appropriate application.

This separation allows every business to use its preferred technology stack, product database, pricing model, payment gateway, fulfillment process, and customer workflow.
For custom webhook services, businesses create payment requests through their own integrated gateways and receive funds through their connected provider accounts. USSDPad facilitates the customer experience and records the resulting order status without operating as the business’s general revenue wallet.
