These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of USSD Pad (“USSD Pad”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) websites, mobile application, platform portal, APIs, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Platform operators must ensure they have the right to offer products/services through USSD flows connected to USSD Pad.

2. The Services

USSD Pad enables Custom USSD Digital access through the mobile app and provides tools for platforms to manage codes, resellers, orders, webhooks, and integrations. Features may change as we improve the product. Some capabilities require an active subscription or assigned USSD codes.

3. Platform and reseller responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer, telecom, and payment rules
• Provide accurate pricing, package details, and fulfillment to end users
• Secure API keys, webhook endpoints, and customer data you process
• Handle customer support for products you sell through your USSD flows

4. End-user use of the app

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Services, reverse engineer protected components except where allowed by law, or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Platform subscriptions and in-session payments may be processed by third-party gateways. Fees, plan limits, renewals, and trial periods are described on the Pricing page and in the portal. Taxes may apply. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of access.

6. Orders and third-party fulfillment

Bundle delivery and related fulfillment may be performed by platforms or their partners. USSD Pad provides routing, session, and tracking tooling; we are not the merchant of record for every third-party product sold through a platform’s USSD flow unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual property

USSD Pad branding, software, documentation, and design remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your own content and brand assets you upload or connect. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Services.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Interfere with infrastructure, APIs, or other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with USSD Pad

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion as described at Account Deletion.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USSD Pad and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
