Account Deletion
Instructions for deleting your USSD Pad account and associated data. This page is provided for App Store and Google Play account-deletion requirements.
You can request deletion of your USSD Pad account and related personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Account profile details (name, email, phone, login credentials)
- API keys and portal access
- Platform configuration such as reseller records and related USSD session history tied to your account
- Order history associated with your platform account (subject to legal retention below)
- Subscription and billing profile links stored by USSD Pad
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or applicable law. Retained data is restricted and kept only as long as necessary.

If you use the USSD Pad mobile app and do not have portal access, or you cannot complete in-app/portal deletion, email us from the address associated with your account:
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
After deletion
- You will lose access to the Platform Portal and API credentials
- Active subscriptions tied to the deleted account will be cancelled
- You may create a new account later, but previous data will not be restored
